Planning the Coverage
Proper coverage of your big day starts with early planning. Soon after booking the wedding, we’ll be in touch to ask you to share with us how you envision your photographs to look. This is the time to start collecting clippings from magazines and the Internet that reflect the style you are hoping for. Then a few weeks before the wedding, we’ll ask you to complete a Wedding Information Form where you will provide details about the wedding party, special guests you wish included in the photos, and other special things we should be ready for. This form will be the basis for our shot list.
Engagement Photo Session
Another important aspect of the wedding day coverage is making sure you are comfortable in front of the camera. A pre-wedding photo session is great way for you to discover how easy it can be to have your picture taken. Engagement sessions are included in some of the premium signature selections, and we hope you will plan to take advantage of this offer very soon after booking. Many couples use the photos from this session to display the reception or use for their Thank You cards.
